Wesley

Wesley is a striking 7-year-old tri-colored paint gelding standing 15.1 hands. He's the kind of horse that turns heads wherever he goes — flashy markings and a solid, sturdy build to match. On the ground, Wesley is a gentleman. He stands quietly for tying, bathing, grooming, and tacking up with no fuss. He's spent most of his life out on the trails and has the experience to show for it — he's been through woods, across water, past wildlife, down back roads, and through open fields without batting an eye. He's well-traveled and genuinely not reactive. Wesley is always ready for an adventure. He'll happily take the lead on a ride or fall in line and follow along — and he's confident enough to ride out alone. He responds to a simple cluck to move forward and a light pull to stop. His gaits are smooth and comfortable, making him a pleasure to ride for hours at a time. More recently, Wesley has been started on formal arena work and is picking it up quickly. He's eager to learn, has a willing attitude, and is showing real promise. With some finishing touches, he could easily hold his own in the show ring.
