FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to list a horse?
Listing fees start at $99 for our Essential plan (30 days), $199 for Premier (60 days), and $299 for Elite (90 days). Each tier includes different features like photo limits and visibility options.
What is the transaction commission?
We charge a 3% commission on successful sales, with a minimum of $199 and a maximum of $2,500 per transaction. This fee only applies when your horse sells through our platform.
How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?
Look for verified seller badges, read reviews from previous buyers, and use our escrow service for added protection. We verify seller identities and encourage transparent communication.
Can I list horses from other marketplaces?
We aggregate listings from trusted external marketplaces for browsing, but creating a listing on Bridleway requires you to have direct ownership or authorization to sell the horse.
How does the escrow service work?
Our $99 escrow service holds the buyer's payment securely until the horse is delivered and both parties confirm the transaction. This protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.
