Haze

Haze is the kind of horse every young rider dreams of and every family hopes to find. A fancy Friesian-cross with a striking black coat, he's a "large pony / small horse" size that suits just about everyone — and at just 5 years old, he has a whole lifetime ahead of him. He was bred, born, and raised locally by good friends of ours, so his full history is known and we can speak to it honestly. Haze was given time to grow up and mature out at pasture — never started too early, never pushed — so there are no holes in him physically, soundness-wise, or in his training. He's the epitome of fun, versatile, broke, safe, and willing. Well versed in the arena: soft in the face, works off the leg, side passes, lopes right off cue, collects up or extends out, and is always the same old reliable Haze every time you swing a leg over him. He rides bridle-less, bareback, double, in a snaffle or a bridle bit, English or western — a true all-arounder who is just as happy on the trail as in the ring. Temperament and safety are his calling cards, making him an ideal partner for a young person or a family.
